After your physical therapy sessions conclude , I collaborate with your Physical Therapist to tailor follow-up workouts for your unique needs.

 

Bodywork

Lower stress, alleviate pain, and ease muscle tension while promoting the release of endorphins (the body's natural pain relievers). This involves:

• Engaging in stretching

• Applying Myofascial Release

• Utilizing Trigger Point Therapy
